Currently, I work as a photojournalist for Spectrum News in Buffalo where I collaborate with reporters, producers, and fellow journalists to create compelling, accurate, and impactful stories for viewers across television, connected TV, digital platforms, and the Spectrum News app. I shoot and edit news content that brings local stories to life, utilizing creative lighting, unique perspectives, and strong visual storytelling techniques to enhance every assignment. Whether covering breaking news, community events, or feature stories, I strive to capture authentic moments that resonate with audiences and reflect the communities I serve.
As a photojournalist, I enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative newsroom environment. The fast-paced nature of local news challenges me to think creatively, adapt quickly, and leverage the latest technology to tell character-driven stories that inform and inspire. My commitment to accuracy, curiosity, and strong storytelling allows me to connect viewers with the people, issues, and events shaping Western New York.
Prior to joining Spectrum News, I worked as a photographer for WIVB Channel 4 News, where I shot broadcast-quality video for daily news coverage and partnered with reporters and producers to craft impactful visual narratives. Operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment in demanding field environments strengthened my ability to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.
I jumpstarted my work into local news at WKBW-TV Channel 7 News where I served as a show editor. I produced and edited news and feature content for broadcast and digital platforms. This role sharpened my storytelling instincts and deepened my understanding of how strong visuals and thoughtful editing can enhance audience engagement.
Earlier in my career, I gained valuable experience as a content creator at Step Out Buffalo. There, I developed and published multimedia content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, creating engaging short-form videos and social media campaigns that highlighted local businesses, events, and community experiences throughout Western New York.
Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about visual storytelling and committed to finding new ways to connect with audiences.
